Add a Quick “Was This Helpful?” Reaction on Articles
Sometimes articles are great, and sometimes they leave a few things unclear. I wish there was a simple reaction widget on every article where I could mark it as helpful or not. It would be even better if I could leave a short note explaining what was missing, without having to open the full comments section.
Let Me Save or Bookmark Important Articles for Quick Access
There are a few articles I refer to regularly, and I find myself bookmarking them in my browser. It would be much more convenient if CandyDocs had a built-in “Save” or “Bookmark” option so I could have a personal list of frequently used guides inside my account, accessible across devices.
Provide Multi-Language Support for Documentation
Our team and customers span multiple regions, and many of them struggle because the documentation is available only in English. If CandyDocs offered a way to store alternate versions of the same article in different languages and let users switch between them, it would massively improve accessibility.
Allow Me to Filter Articles by Difficulty or Level
Right now, all articles appear together. It would be extremely useful if I could filter documentation by difficulty level, such as Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
This would help me find the right depth of information without scrolling through everything.
